How did you get started on triathlon?
Until I was 16 I only dabbled in sport (Rugby, tennis etc) then began to run and go to the gym to get fit, but felt like I needed an aim and some competition. I did my first triathlon and got more and more involved. When I went to Loughborough University I turned to just running so I could focus on studying and enjoying the social side of University. By the second year, I missed triathlon and got back into it and earnt my place in the high performance squad. Since then I have been working towards racing at the highest level of triathlon I can.
