Description of Annie Emmerson
Why do you work with Trisutto?
Training at the top for ten years under a number of the world’s leading coaches, including Brett Sutton, has given me a profound insight into the mental and physical attributes needed to perform to the best of one’s ability. I use my experience to coach athletes with varying abilities and aspirations to help them achieve their sporting goals. Whether it’s advising three-time Olympic gold medalist James Cracknell in his quest to break the Olympic distance two-hour barrier or helping an enthusiastic age-grouper get the best out of the limited training time available to them, I understand how to balance a busy lifestyle with the physical demands of training.
